The 'Club Galeón' loyalty program (hereinafter the program) is a customer loyalty program, owned by Galeón Playa.

Programa de fidelización de Galeón Playa
El programa de fidelización 'My Sense' (en adelante el programa) es un programa de fidelización de clientes, titularidad de SeaSense Hotels y Galeón Playa.
¿Quienes pueden hacer parte del programa?
Podrán ser titulares del programa aquellas personas físicas mayores de 18 años que acepten los términos de uso y beneficios del programa.
FINALIDAD DEL PROGRAMA
La finalidad del programa es premiar y/o recompensar a los huéspedes de Galeón Playa con un descuento adicional aplicable en su reserva y acumubulable con otras promociones, según las condiciones particulares de cada promoción. Para disfrutar de este descuento adicional, el cliente tendrá que indicar expresamente que desea 'Disfrutar de los descuentos EXCLUSIVOS del programa' mediante la activación de la casilla de este apartado que se muestra en el segundo paso de la reserva 'Datos personales y pago de la reserva'.
Como parte de su inclusión en el programa se le enviará información sobre promociones, ofertas y descuentos exclusivos, envíos que se realizarán a través de la plataforma de mail marketing,
SOLICITUD DE BAJA DEL PROGRAMA POR EL TITULAR
En cualquier momento el titular podrá darse de baja como titular del programa. Para ello, el titular deberá comunicarlo por escrito a través de un email a reservas@galeonplaya.com, o bien dándose de baja en cualquiera de los emails promocionales que reciba.
POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD
Realizaciones Inmobiliarias Canarias, S.A informa al usuario que la finalidad para las que empleará los datos personales recabados en caso de suscribirse al programa de fidelización será únicamente únicamente el envío de información sobre promociones y la aplicación de los descuentos ofrecidos y expresados en el apartado 'finalidad del programa'.
La reserva a través de esta modalidad supondrá la aceptación expresa de las condiciones de este programa.
Plazo de conservación:
Solo conservamos sus Datos Personales durante el tiempo que los necesitemos para el propósito o finalidad para el que han sido recabados. Es decir, que procederemos a eliminarlos dentro del marco del programa de fidelización, en el momento en que nos comunique al correo electrónico reservas@galeonplaya.com, su voluntad de darse de baja del programa de fidelización.
DERECHOS DE LOS USUARIOS SUSCRITOS AL PROGRAMA DE FIDELIZACIÓN
De acuerdo con los derechos que le confiere la normativa vigente en protección de datos podrá ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, limitación de tratamiento, supresión, portabilidad y oposición al tratamiento de sus datos de carácter personal así como del consentimiento prestado para el tratamiento de los mismos, dirigiendo su petición a la dirección postal indicada más arriba o al correo electrónico reservas@galeonplaya.com
Podrá dirigirse a la Autoridad de Control competente para presentar la reclamación que considere oportuna.
CONSERVACIÓN DE SUS DATOS
